ਭਗਤ ਜਨਾ ਕੀ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਰਾਖੈ ਜੁਗਿ ਜੁਗਿ ਰਖਦਾ ਆਇਆ ਰਾਮ ॥ bhagat janaa kee har jee-o raakhai jug jug rakh-daa aa-i-aa raam. The Dear Lord protects His humble devotees; throughout the ages, He has protected them. हे भाई ! परमात्मा अपने भक्तों की इज्जत रखता है। हरेक युग में ही (भक्तों की) इज्जत रखता आया है। Señor protege el honor de Sus Devotos época tras época.

ਸੋ ਭਗਤੁ ਜੋ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹੋਵੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਜਲਾਇਆ ਰਾਮ ॥ so bhagat jo gurmukh hovai ha-umai sabad jalaa-i-aa raam. Those devotees who become Gurmukh burn away their ego, through the Word of the Shabad. जो मनुष्य गुरू के बताए हुए राह पर चलता है। वह प्रभू का भक्त बन जाता है। वह मनुष्य गुरू के शब्द में जुड़ के अपने अहंकार को दूर करता है। El Devoto es aquél que voltea hacia Dios y a través del Bani de la Palabra, deshace su ego. ਹਉਮੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਜਲਾਇਆ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਭਾਇਆ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਚੀ ਬਾਣੀ ॥ ha-umai sabad jalaa-i-aa mayray har bhaa-i-aa jis dee saachee banee. Those who burn away their ego through the Shabad, become pleasing to my Lord; their speech becomes True. हे भाई ! जो मनुष्य गुरू के शब्द के द्वारा अपने अंदर से अहंकार को जला देता है। वह उस परमात्मा को प्यारा लगता है जिसकी सिफत सालाह सदा अटल रहने वाली है। y complace al Señor cuya Palabra es Verdad.

ਸਚੀ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰਹਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਆਖਿ ਵਖਾਣੀ ॥ sachee bhagat karahi din raatee gurmukh aakh vakhaanee. They perform the Lord's true devotional service, day and night, as the Guru has instructed them. गुरू के सन्मुख रहने वाले मनुष्य दिन-रात परमात्मा की सदा स्थिर रहने वाली भगती करते रहते हैं। वे खुद सिफत सालाह वाली बाणी उचारते रहते हैं। और औरों को भी उसकी समझ देते हैं। Él está dedicado a la Alabanza del Señor, la Cuál el Guru ha anunciado.

ਭਗਤਾ ਕੀ ਚਾਲ ਸਚੀ ਅਤਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਚਾ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਇਆ ॥ bhagtaa kee chaal sachee at nirmal naam sachaa man bhaa-i-aa. The devotees' lifestyle is true, and absolutely pure; the True Name is pleasing to their minds. हे भाई ! भक्तों की जीवन-जुगति सदा एक रस रहने वाली और बड़ी पवित्र होती है। उनके मन को परमात्मा का सदा-स्थिर नाम प्यारा लगता रहता है। Verdadero y Puro es el Camino de los Devotos, ellos aman el Nombre Verdadero del Señor.

ਨਾਨਕ ਭਗਤ ਸੋਹਹਿ ਦਰਿ ਸਾਚੈ ਜਿਨੀ ਸਚੋ ਸਚੁ ਕਮਾਇਆ ॥੧॥ naanak bhagat soheh dar saachai jinee sacho sach kamaa-i-aa. ||1|| O Nanak, the those devotees, who practice Truth, and only Truth, look beauteous in the Court of the True Lord. ||1|| हे नानक ! परमात्मा के भक्त सदा-स्थिर परमात्मा के दर पर शोभा देते हैं। वे परमात्मा का सदा-स्थिर रहने वाले नाम ही सदा जपते रहते हैं। 1। Dice Nanak, los Devotos del Señor se ven bellos en la Puerta del Señor, sí, ellos, quienes practican nada más que la Verdad del Señor. ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਾ ਕੀ ਜਾਤਿ ਪਤਿ ਹੈ ਭਗਤ ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥ har bhagtaa kee jaat pat hai bhagat har kai naam samaanay raam. The Lord is the social class and honor of His devotees; the Lord's devotees merge in the Naam, the Name of the Lord. हे भाई ! परमात्मा ही भक्तों के लिए (ऊँची) जाति है। परमात्मा ही उनकी इज्जत है। भक्त परमात्मा के नाम में ही लीन रहते हैं। El Señor es la Gloria y la Casta de Sus Devotos, los Devotos viven imbuidos en el Nombre del Señor,

ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰਹਿ ਵਿਚਹੁ ਆਪੁ ਗਵਾਵਹਿ ਜਿਨ ਗੁਣ ਅਵਗਣ ਪਛਾਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥ har bhagat karahi vichahu aap gavaaveh jin gun avgan pachhaanay raam. They worship the Lord in devotion, and eradicate self-conceit from within themselves; they understand merits and demerits. भक्त (सदा) हरी की भक्ति करते हैं। अपने अंदर से स्वै भाव (भी) दूर कर लेते हैं। क्योंकि उन्होंने गुणों व अवगुणों की परख कर ली होती है (उनको पता होता है कि अहंकार अवगुण है)। Sus Devotos se dedican a Él, y, haciendo a un lado su ego, discriminan entre el bien y el mal.

ਗੁਣ ਅਉਗਣ ਪਛਾਣੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਖਾਣੈ ਭੈ ਭਗਤਿ ਮੀਠੀ ਲਾਗੀ ॥ gun a-ugan pachhaanai har naam vakhaanai bhai bhagat meethee laagee. They understand merits and demerits, and chant the Lord's Name; devotional worship is sweet to them. जो मनुष्य गुण और अवगुण की परख कर लेता है। और परमात्मा का नाम उचारता रहता है। उसको प्रभू के डर-अदब में रहने के कारण प्रभू की भक्ति प्यारी लगती है। Discriminan ellos entre el bien y el mal, recitando el Nombre del Señor y teniendo Fervor por el Él.

ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰਹਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਘਰ ਹੀ ਮਹਿ ਬੈਰਾਗੀ ॥ an-din bhagat karahi din raatee ghar hee meh bairaagee. Night and day, they perform devotional worship, day and night, and in the home of the self, they remain detached. जो मनुष्य दिन-रात हर वक्त परमात्मा की भक्ति करते हैं। वे गृहस्त में ही माया के मोह से निर्लिप रहते हैं। Su Alabanza es dulce, adoran al Señor noche y día, y permanecen desapegados en su mismo hogar. Imbuidos en Su Alabanza,

ਭਗਤੀ ਰਾਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਮਨੁ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਵੇਖਹਿ ਸਦਾ ਨਾਲੇ ॥ bhagtee raatay sadaa man nirmal har jee-o vaykheh sadaa naalay. Imbued with devotion, their minds remain forever immaculate and pure; they see their Dear Lord always with them. हे भाई ! जो मनुष्य सदा प्रभू की भगती (के रंग) में रंगे रहते हैं। उनका मन पवित्र हो जाता है। वे परमात्मा को सदा अपने अंग-संग बसता देखते हैं। su mente permanece siempre pura y gozan de la Visión del Señor en su interior.

ਨਾਨਕ ਸੇ ਭਗਤ ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਦਰਿ ਸਾਚੇ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਲੇ ॥੨॥ naanak say bhagat har kai dar saachay an-din naam samHaalay. ||2|| O Nanak, those devotees are True in the Court of the Lord; night and day, they dwell upon the Naam. ||2|| हे नानक ! ऐसे भक्त हर वक्त प्रभू के नाम को अपने हृदय में बसा के परमात्मा के दर पर सुर्ख-रू हो जाते हैं। 2। Dice Nanak, los verdaderos Devotos del Señor son aquellos que alaban Su Nombre.(2)

ਮਨਮੁਖ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰਹਿ ਬਿਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਵਿਣੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭਗਤਿ ਨ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥ manmukh bhagat karahi bin satgur vin satgur bhagat na ho-ee raam. The self-willed manmukhs practice devotional rituals without the True Guru, but without the True Guru, there is no devotion. अपने मन के पीछे चलने वाले मनुष्य गुरू की शरण पड़े बिना (अपनी ओर से ही) प्रभू की भक्ति करते हैं। पर गुरू की शरण पड़े बिना भक्ति नहीं हो सकती। Los arrogantes Manmukjs también alaban al Señor; pero sin el Verdadero Guru, ¿cómo puede uno alabar al Señor?

ਹਉਮੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਰੋਗਿ ਵਿਆਪੇ ਮਰਿ ਜਨਮਹਿ ਦੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥ ha-umai maa-i-aa rog vi-aapay mar janmeh dukh ho-ee raam. They are afflicted with the diseases of egotism and Maya, and they suffer the pains of death and rebirth. वह मनुष्य अहंकार में। माया के रोग में। फंसे रहते हैं। आत्मिक मौत सहेड़ के वे जन्मों के चक्करों में पड़े रहते हैं। उन्हें दुख चिपका रहता है। Existiendo desde el ego uno es infectado por la maldad de Maya y nace para sólo morir en el dolor, una y otra vez.

ਮਰਿ ਜਨਮਹਿ ਦੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ ਪਰਜ ਵਿਗੋਈ ਵਿਣੁ ਗੁਰ ਤਤੁ ਨ ਜਾਨਿਆ ॥ mar janmeh dukh ho-ee doojai bhaa-ay paraj vigo-ee vin gur tat na jaani-aa. The world suffers the pains of death and rebirth, and through the love of duality, it is ruined; without the Guru, the essence of reality is not known. आत्मिक मौत सहेड़ के वे जन्मों के चक्करों में पड़े रहते हैं। उन्हें दुख चिपका रहता है। हे भाई ! माया के मोह में फस के दुनिया ख्वार होती है। Así, yendo y viniendo, el mundo desperdicia su vida con la idea del otro, y sin el Guru uno no conoce la Quintaesencia.

ਭਗਤਿ ਵਿਹੂਣਾ ਸਭੁ ਜਗੁ ਭਰਮਿਆ ਅੰਤਿ ਗਇਆ ਪਛੁਤਾਨਿਆ ॥ bhagat vihoonaa sabh jag bharmi-aa ant ga-i-aa pachhutaani-aa. Without devotional worship, everyone in the world is deluded and confused, and in the end, they depart with regrets. गुरू की शरण पड़े बिना कोई भी अस्लियत को नहीं समझता। भक्ति से वंचित हुआ सारा जगत ही भटकता फिरता है। और। आखिर हाथ मलता (दुनिया से) जाता है। Sin la Alabanza del Señor, el mundo es mal guiado y los seres humanos se van del mundo arrepintiéndose de sus acciones cuando el final llega.

ਕੋਟਿ ਮਧੇ ਕਿਨੈ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਾ ਸਚੁ ਸੋਈ ॥ kot maDhay kinai pachhaani-aa har naamaa sach so-ee. Among millions, there is scarcely one who realizes the Name of the True Lord. हे नानक ! करोड़ों में से किसी विरले मनुष्य ने ये बात समझी है कि परमात्मा का नाम ही सदा कायम रहने वाला है। Entre millones, escasos son aquéllos que conocen la Esencia del Nombre Verdadero del Señor.

ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ ਪਤਿ ਖੋਈ ॥੩॥ naanak naam milai vadi-aa-ee doojai bhaa-ay pat kho-ee. ||3|| O Nanak, through the Naam, greatness is obtained; in the love of duality, all honor is lost. ||3|| नाम में जुड़ने से ही (लोक-परलोक में) इज्जत मिलती है। और। माया के मोह में मनुष्य इज्जत गवा लेता है। 3। Dice Nanak, a través del Naam, la Grandeza es obtenida y en la dualidad se pierde todo honor.(3)

ਭਗਤਾ ਕੈ ਘਰਿ ਕਾਰਜੁ ਸਾਚਾ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਸਦਾ ਵਖਾਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥ bhagtaa kai ghar kaaraj saachaa har gun sadaa vakhaanay raam. In the home of the devotees, is the joy of true marriage; they chant the Glorious Praises of the Lord forever. परमात्मा के गुण सदा गाते रहने के कारण भक्तों के हृदय में ये आहर सदा बना रहता है। En el Hogar de los Devotos está siempre la Dicha de un Verdadero Matrimonio, pues ellos recitan siempre la Alabanza del Señor.

ਭਗਤਿ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਆਪੇ ਦੀਆ ਕਾਲੁ ਕੰਟਕੁ ਮਾਰਿ ਸਮਾਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥ bhagat khajaanaa aapay dee-aa kaal kantak maar samaanay raam. He Himself blesses them with the treasure of devotion; conquering the thorny pain of death, they merge in the Lord. भक्ति का खजाना परमात्मा ने खुद ही अपने भक्तों को दिया हुआ है। (इसकी बरकति से वे) दुखद मौत के डर को समाप्त करके (परमात्मा में) लीन रहते हैं। El Señor Mismo bendice a Sus Devotos con el Tesoro de la Devoción y sobreponiéndose al dolor de la muerte, se funden en Su Señor.

ਕਾਲੁ ਕੰਟਕੁ ਮਾਰਿ ਸਮਾਣੇ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਣੇ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਸਚੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ kaal kantak maar samaanay har man bhaanay naam niDhaan sach paa-i-aa. Conquering the thorny pain of death, they merge in the Lord; they are pleasing to the Lord's Mind, and they obtain the true treasure of the Naam. दुखदाई मौत के डर को खत्म करके भक्त परमात्मा में लीन रहते हैं। परमात्मा के मन को प्यारे लगते हैं। (परमात्मा के पास से भक्त) सदा कायम रहने वाला नाम-खजाना प्राप्त कर लेते हैं। Ellos están complaciendo a Su Señor, bendecidos con el Tesoro del Nombre Verdadero.

ਸਦਾ ਅਖੁਟੁ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਨਿਖੁਟੈ ਹਰਿ ਦੀਆ ਸਹਜਿ ਸੁਭਾਇਆ ॥ sadaa akhut kaday na nikhutai har dee-aa sahj subhaa-i-aa. This treasure is inexhaustible; it will never be exhausted. The Lord automatically blesses them with it. ये खजाना ना खत्म होने वाला है। कभी खत्म नहीं होता। परमात्मा ने उनको आत्मिक अडोलता में प्रेम में टिके हुओं को ये खजाना दे दिया। Este Tesoro es Infinito, porque el Señor, de forma espontánea, bendice a Sus Devotos con Él.

ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਊਚੇ ਸਦ ਹੀ ਊਚੇ ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਸੁਹਾਇਆ ॥ har jan oochay sad hee oochay gur kai sabad suhaa-i-aa. The humble servants of the Lord are exalted and elevated, forever on high; they are adorned with the Word of the Guru's Shabad. (इस खजाने के सदका) भक्त सदा ही ऊँचे आत्मिक मण्डल में टिके रहते हैं। गुरू के शबद की बरकति से उनका जीवन सोहाना बन जाता || Dice Nanak, el Señor Mismo nos bendice y nos une con Él,
