ਇਸੁ ਗੁਫਾ ਮਹਿ ਅਖੁਟ ਭੰਡਾਰਾ ॥ is gufaa meh akhut bhandaaraa. Within this cave, there is an inexhaustible treasure. (योगी पहाड़ों की गुफाओं में बैठ के आत्मिक शक्तियां प्राप्त करने के यत्न करते हैं~ पर) इस शरीर गुफा में (आत्मिक गुणों के इतने) खजाने (भरे हुए हैं जो) खत्म होने वाले नहीं। En el interior de la cueva de la mente hay un Tesoro Inabarcable;

ਤਿਸੁ ਵਿਚਿ ਵਸੈ ਹਰਿ ਅਲਖ ਅਪਾਰਾ ॥ tis vich vasai har alakh apaaraa. Within this cave, the Invisible and Infinite Lord abides. (क्योंकि सारे गुणों का मालिक) अदृष्ट व बेअंत हरी इस शरीर में ही बसता है। en él reside el Incognoscible e Infinito Dios, Él Mismo es Manifiesto y no Manifiesto.

ਆਪੇ ਗੁਪਤੁ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਹੈ ਆਪੇ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਆਪੁ ਵੰਞਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੧॥ aapay gupat pargat hai aapay gur sabdee aap vanjaavan-i-aa. ||1|| He Himself is hidden, and He Himself is revealed; through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, selfishness and conceit are eliminated. ||1|| जिन मनुष्यों ने गुरू के शबद में लीन हो के (अपने अंदर से) स्वै भाव दूर कर लिया उन्हें दिखाई देने लग पड़ता है कि परमात्मा स्वयं ही हर जगह मौजूद है। किसी को प्रत्यक्ष नजर आ जाता है और किसी को छुपा हुआ ही प्रतीत होता है। 1। A través de la Palabra del Shabd del Guru, uno se eleva más allá del ego y Lo conoce. (1)

ਹਉ ਵਾਰੀ ਜੀਉ ਵਾਰੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਵਣਿਆ ॥ ha-o vaaree jee-o vaaree amrit naam man vasaavani-aa. I am a sacrifice, my soul is a sacrifice, to those who enshrine the Ambrosial Naam, the Name of the Lord, within their minds. (हे भाई !) मैं उनसे सदके जाता हूँ जो आत्मिक जीवन देने वालेहरी के नाम को अपने मन में बसाते हैं। En sacrificio, oh en sacrificio ofrezco mi ser a los que enaltecen el Nombre en su mente;

ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਮਹਾ ਰਸੁ ਮੀਠਾ ਗੁਰਮਤੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਪੀਆਵਣਿਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ amrit naam mahaa ras meethaa gurmatee amrit pee-aavni-aa. ||1|| rahaa-o. The taste of the Ambrosial Naam is very sweet! Through the Guru's Teachings, drink in this Ambrosial Nectar. ||1||Pause|| आत्मिक जीवन दाता हरी नाम अत्यंत रसीला व मधुर है~ मीठा है। गुरू की मति पर चल कर ही ये नाम अंमृत पिया जा सकता है। 1। रहाउ। ellos prueban el Néctar y conocen el más elevado Estado de Éxtasis. Para ellos, ese Néctar sabe dulce, porque a través de la Palabra del Shabd del Guru, el Señor Mismo se los da. (1-Pausa)

ਹਉਮੈ ਮਾਰਿ ਬਜਰ ਕਪਾਟ ਖੁਲਾਇਆ ॥ ha-umai maar bajar kapaat khulaa-i-aa. Subduing egotism, the rigid doors are opened. जिस मनुष्य ने (अपने अंदर से) अहंकार को मार के (अहम् के) कठोर कपाट खोल लिए हैं~ El Señor calma nuestro ego y abre para nosotros la Décima Puerta,

ਨਾਮੁ ਅਮੋਲਕੁ ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ naam amolak gur parsaadee paa-i-aa. The Priceless Naam is obtained by Guru's Grace. उसने गुरू की कृपा से वह नाम अंमृत (अंदर ही) ढूँढ लिया है जो किसी (दुनियावी पदार्थ के बदले) मोल में नहीं मिलता। y entonces recibimos el Nombre Invaluable del Señor, por la Gracia del Guru.

ਬਿਨੁ ਸਬਦੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਪਾਏ ਕੋਈ ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੨॥ bin sabdai naam na paa-ay ko-ee gur kirpaa man vasaavani-aa. ||2|| Without the Shabad, the Naam is not obtained. By Guru's Grace, it is implanted within the mind. ||2|| गुरू के शबद (में जुड़े) बगैर कोई मनुष्य नाम अंमृत प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता। गुरू की कृपा से ही (हरी नाम) मन में बसाया जा सकता है। 2। Sin la Palabra del Shabd, el Nombre no me es revelado; por la Gracia del Guru es revelado en mi mente.(2)

ਗੁਰ ਗਿਆਨ ਅੰਜਨੁ ਸਚੁ ਨੇਤ੍ਰੀ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ gur gi-aan anjan sach naytree paa-i-aa. The Guru has applied the true ointment of spiritual wisdom to my eyes. जिस मनुष्य ने गुरू से ज्ञान का अंजन (सुर्मा) (अपनी आत्मिक) आँखों में डाला है~ उस के अंदर (आत्मिक) प्रकाश हो गया है। Cuando apliqué el Colirio de la Sabiduría del Guru en mis ojos,

ਅੰਤਰਿ ਚਾਨਣੁ ਅਗਿਆਨੁ ਅੰਧੇਰੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥ antar chaanan agi-aan anDhayr gavaa-i-aa. Deep within, the Divine Light has dawned, and the darkness of ignorance has been dispelled. उसने (अपने अंदर से) अज्ञान अंधेरा दूर कर लिया है। llegó la Luz del Señor y la oscuridad de la ignorancia fue disipada.

ਜੋਤੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਮਿਲੀ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਨਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਿ ਸੋਭਾ ਪਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੩॥ jotee jot milee man maani-aa har dar sobhaa paavni-aa. ||3|| My light has merged into the Light; my mind has surrendered, and I am blessed with Glory in the Court of the Lord. ||3|| उसकी सुरति प्रभू की ज्योति में लीन रहती है। उसका मन (प्रभू की याद में) मगन हो जाता है। वह मनुष्य परमात्मा के दर पे शोभा हासिल करता है। 3। Mi luz se fundió en la Luz Total; mi mente se mantuvo en Éxtasis, y fui bendecido con Gloria en la Puerta del Señor.(3)

ਸਰੀਰਹੁ ਭਾਲਣਿ ਕੋ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਜਾਏ ॥ sareerahu bhaalan ko baahar jaa-ay. Those who look outside the body, searching for the Lord, (पर यदि कोई मनुष्य अपने) शरीर के बाहर (अर्थात जंगलों में~ पहाड़ों की गुफाओं में इस आत्मिक रोशनी को) तलाशने जाता हैउसे (ये आत्मिक प्रकाश देने वाला) हरी नाम तो नहीं मिलता (उल्टा) वह (बेगार में फंसे किसी) बेगारी की तरह दुख ही पाता है। Buscando el Nombre del Señor fuera de uno mismo, uno no Lo logra encontrar y es obligado a sufrir y doler.

ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਲਹੈ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਵੇਗਾਰਿ ਦੁਖੁ ਪਾਏ ॥ naam na lahai bahut vaygaar dukh paa-ay. shall not receive the Naam; they shall instead be forced to suffer the terrible pains of slavery. अपने मन के पीछे चलने वाले माया के मोह में अंधे हुए मनुष्य को समझ नहीं पड़ती। (जंगलों पहाड़ों में खुआर हो हो के~ भटक के) आखिर वह आ के गुरू की शरण पड़ के ही नाम अंमृत प्राप्त करता है। 4। El Nombre no es alcanzado por los impacientes; sufren dolor."

ਮਨਮੁਖ ਅੰਧੇ ਸੂਝੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਫਿਰਿ ਘਿਰਿ ਆਇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਵਥੁ ਪਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੪॥ manmukh anDhay soojhai naahee fir ghir aa-ay gurmukh vath paavni-aa. ||4|| The blind, self-willed manmukhs do not understand; but when they return once again to their own home, then, as Gurmukh, they find the genuine article. ||4|| El necio ignorante no sabe que Lo podrá obtener si regresa a su hogar a través de la Puerta del Guru. (4)

ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਸਚਾ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਏ ॥ gur parsaadee sachaa har paa-ay. By Guru's Grace, the True Lord is found. जब मनुष्य गुरू की कृपा से सदा स्थिर हरी का मिलाप प्राप्त करता है~ Por la Gracia del Guru, uno obtiene al Verdadero Señor

ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਵੇਖੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਮੈਲੁ ਜਾਏ ॥ man tan vaykhai ha-umai mail jaa-ay. Within your mind and body, see the Lord, and the filth of egotism shall depart. तो वह अपने मन में (ही) अपने तन में (ही) उसका दर्शन कर लेता है~ और उसके अंदर से अहंकार की मैल दूर हो जाती है। y observa la mente dentro de su cuerpo.

ਬੈਸਿ ਸੁਥਾਨਿ ਸਦ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵੈ ਸਚੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਮਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੫॥ bais suthaan sad har gun gaavai sachai sabad samaavani-aa. ||5|| Sitting in that place, sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord forever, and be absorbed in the True Word of the Shabad. ||5|| अपने शुद्ध हुए हृदय में ही बैठ के (भटकना रहित हो के) वह सदा परमात्मा के गुण गाता है~ गुरू के शबद द्वारा सदा स्थिर प्रभू में समाया रहता है। 5। Uno se deshace de la impureza del ego, y uniéndose a la Saad Sangat, la Sociedad de los Santos, alaba al Señor y se inmerge en la Palabra.(5)

ਨਉ ਦਰ ਠਾਕੇ ਧਾਵਤੁ ਰਹਾਏ ॥ na-o dar thaakay Dhaavat rahaa-ay. Those who close off the nine gates, and restrain the wandering mind, जिस मनुष्य ने अपने नौ दरवाजे (नौ गोलकें) (विकारों के प्रभाव की ओर से) बंद कर लिए हैं~ जिस ने (विकारों की ओर) दौड़ता अपना मन काबू कर लिया है। Aquél que cierra sus nueve puertas, controla su mente caprichosa,

ਦਸਵੈ ਨਿਜ ਘਰਿ ਵਾਸਾ ਪਾਏ ॥ dasvai nij ghar vaasaa paa-ay. come to dwell in the Home of the Tenth Gate. उसने अपने चिक्त आकाश के द्वारा (अपनी ऊँची हुई सुरति के द्वारा) अपने असल घर में (प्रभू चरणों में) निवास प्राप्त कर लिया है। y se introduce en la Décima Puerta.

ਓਥੈ ਅਨਹਦ ਸਬਦ ਵਜਹਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਗੁਰਮਤੀ ਸਬਦੁ ਸੁਣਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੬॥ othai anhad sabad vajeh din raatee gurmatee sabad sunaavni-aa. ||6|| There, the Unstruck Melody of the Shabad vibrates day and night. Through the Guru's Teachings, the Shabad is heard. ||6|| उस अवस्था में पहुँचे मनुष्य के अंदर (हृदय में) सदा एक रस परमात्माकी सिफत सालाह के बोल अपना प्रभाव डाले रखते हैं। वह दिन रात अपने गुरू की मति पर चल के सिफत सालाह की बाणी को ही अपनी सुरति में टिकाए रखता है। 6। A través de la Instrucción del Guru, día y noche escucha en su interior la Espontánea Melodía de la Palabra.(6)

ਬਿਨੁ ਸਬਦੈ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਆਨੇਰਾ ॥ bin sabdai antar aanayraa. Without the Shabad, there is only darkness within. गुरू के शबद के बिना मनुष्य के हृदय में माया के मोह का अंधकार बना रहता है। Sin la Palabra el interior es profundamente oscuro;

ਨ ਵਸਤੁ ਲਹੈ ਨ ਚੂਕੈ ਫੇਰਾ ॥ na vasat lahai na chookai fayraa. The genuine article is not found, and the cycle of reincarnation does not end. जिसके कारण उसे अपने अंदरनाम पदार्थ नहीं मिलता और उसके जनम मरन का चक्कर बना रहता है। uno no entra en la experiencia, y sus divagaciones no terminan.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹਥਿ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਹੋਰਤੁ ਦਰੁ ਖੁਲੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੭॥ satgur hath kunjee horat dar khulai naahee gur poorai bhaag milaavani-aa. ||7|| The key is in the hands of the True Guru; no one else can open this door. By perfect destiny, He is met. ||7|| (मोह के बज्र किवाड़ खोलने की) कुँजी गुरू के हाथ में ही है। किसी और तरीके से वह दरवाजा नहीं खुलता। और~ गुरू भी बहुत किस्मत से ही मिलता है। 7। La llave está en las Manos del Guru, y nadie más puede abrir la Puerta de la mente; por un muy grandioso Destino el Guru podrá ser conocido (7)

ਗੁਪਤੁ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਤੂੰ ਸਭਨੀ ਥਾਈ ॥ gupat pargat tooN sabhnee thaa-ee. You are the hidden and the revealed in all places. हे प्रभू ! तू सब जगह मौजूद है। (किसी को) प्रत्यक्ष (दिखाई देता है और किसी के लिए) छुपा हुआ है। Tú eres lo sutil y lo aparente en todas partes,

ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਮਿਲਿ ਸੋਝੀ ਪਾਈ ॥ gur parsaadee mil sojhee paa-ee. Receiving Guru's Grace, this understanding is obtained. (तेरे सर्व-व्यापक होने की) समझ गुरू की कृपा से (तुझे) मिल के होती है। oh Señor; por la Gracia del Guru, estoy en Comunión Contigo.

ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਲਾਹਿ ਸਦਾ ਤੂੰ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੮॥੨੪॥੨੫॥ naanak naam salaahi sadaa tooN gurmukh man vasaavani-aa. ||8||24||25|| O Nanak, praise the Naam forever; as Gurmukh, enshrine it within the mind. ||8||24||25|| हे नानक ! तू (गुरू की शरण पड़ कर) सदा परमात्मा के नाम की सिफत सालाह करता रह। गुरू के सन्मुख रहने वाला मनुष्य प्रभू के नाम को अपने मन में बसा लेता है। 8। 24। 25। Dice Nanak, alaba siempre el Nombre y enaltécelo en tu corazón por la Gracia del Guru. (8-24-25)
